DataLense is a product by CloudLense. We started with a simple observation from plants, wholesalers and trading houses wherever WhatsApp is how business gets done: the most important information in the business is in chat groups, and nobody can see all of it.
Why DataLense exists
A plastics manufacturer gets orders from dealers on WhatsApp, posts production and dispatch sheets in internal groups, and records the final invoice in an ERP. An engineering firm coordinates site teams, suppliers and clients the same way. The ERP holds the transaction; the chats hold everything around it.
Owners told us the same things: they can't tell who's waiting for a reply, reports get lost in the scroll, and answering a simple question means calling three people. DataLense is our answer to that, starting with WhatsApp, Telegram, ERPNext and Odoo.
How we build it
- Meet businesses where they already work
- Manufacturers, traders and distributors around the world run on WhatsApp. We don't ask anyone to move; we work from what's already there.
- Count before you guess
- Reply times and volume are computed, not generated. AI is used where it genuinely helps, like understanding a new report layout.
- Every answer shows its source
- If DataLense tells you something, you can click through to the message, file or order behind it.
- The cautious setting is the default
- AI off and chats on Metrics only until you decide otherwise. You opt in to more, chat by chat.
