For manufacturers
The factory talks in groups. Now the office can keep up.
Production, QC, stores and dispatch each post updates in their own WhatsApp group. DataLense reads those updates alongside the orders in ERPNext or Odoo, so you see what's late, what's waiting and who promised what.
A normal day in a plant's groups, and what DataLense does with it
- 8:40
Production: Line 2 down for die change, back by 11.
Kept with the chat history, searchable later when someone asks why order SO-2208 slipped.
- 11:15
QC: photo of inspection sheet, batch 1142.
Read into an inspection record and linked to the batch, from the photo itself.
- 14:30
Customer: when will our 2,000 pcs ship?
Shows up in Needs a reply with how long they've waited. Anyone with access can answer from the inbox.
- 18:50
Stores: Dispatch_report_03-Oct.xlsx
Approved once weeks ago, so tonight's copy becomes 41 delivery records automatically.
What changes for your team
Owners see the plant without calling around
Ask which orders are behind, which customers are chasing, or what QC flagged this week, and click through to the message or sheet behind each answer.
Sales replies faster to customers
One inbox across the sales team's numbers, with reply times by hour, so after-lunch and after-6 gaps stop costing orders.
Reports stop disappearing up the scroll
Stock, dispatch and production sheets become records with history, instead of files someone has to dig for.
Your ERP gets the context it misses
ERPNext and Odoo know the order. The chat knows the promise, the delay and the complaint. DataLense keeps both side by side.

Common questions
We use ERPNext. Does DataLense replace it?
No. ERPNext or Odoo stays your system of record. DataLense syncs orders, stock, BOMs and manufacturing data from it and adds what only exists in chats.
Can it read photos of handwritten or printed sheets?
It reads photos of tables and documents, such as delivery notes and inspection sheets, using AI vision. That needs AI switched on and the chat set to Full analysis.
Our shop floor uses Telegram, not WhatsApp. Is that fine?
Yes. Telegram chats, groups and forum topics connect the same way, and show up in the same inbox and records.
Connect your plant's groups
Link the number your production or dispatch team uses, add ERPNext or Odoo, and see this week's picture in one place.
Sign in with Google or your email. AI stays off until you turn it on.
