On every plan
- Every chat starts as Metrics only
- Nothing reaches AI until you switch a chat to Full analysis, and AI is off until an owner turns it on.

- Retention you set, per-chat access for each teammate, and deletion when you exclude a chat or remove a source.

- Every number links to the message, file or ERP record it came from.
- Nothing deleted when a plan changes
- Moving to a smaller plan never deletes or disconnects anything. You just can't add more than it includes.

How does the trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Pro. When it ends, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted or disconnected: if you have more than Free includes, it keeps working, but you can't add more.
How do I move to Pro or Business?
Write to us. Paid plans are arranged directly for now: we agree the number of numbers and send you a code, which you enter in Settings → Plan in your workspace.
What counts as a number?
Each connected WhatsApp number or Telegram account. A number you disconnect stops counting, and keeps everything already imported.
What are AI credits?
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI use for the stronger models. Only answered requests count, and Settings → Plan shows what's used, with a download of every request. Free uses free models only.
How much history do you import?
Free imports the last 14 days when you link a number, Pro a year, and Business everything the app gives. WhatsApp itself gives a newly linked device about three months, so the longer ranges matter most for Telegram.
Try Pro free for two weeks
Link a number and see your inbox, reply times and records from your own chats. When the trial ends you stay on Free, with nothing deleted.
