Every order, promise and follow-up, kept and tracked
DataLense works from a copy of your WhatsApp and Telegram conversations and your ERP. Some of it is plain counting, some of it uses AI, and you can always see which is which.
An overview that tells you what changed
Open DataLense on a Monday and see whether replies got faster, who is still waiting, and how busy the last 30 days were. None of this needs AI switched on.
- Customer messages, replies sent and new people this week, against last week
- Median reply time, and the hours when customers wait longest
- A “needs you” list of conversations still waiting on your team
- Insight sentences computed from your data, not written by a model
Customers who write after lunch and after 6 pm wait four times longer than the morning.
A team inbox across every number
Your sales, stores and accounts teams each have their own phones and groups. The inbox brings them together so nobody has to ask “did someone reply?” in yet another group.
- Reply, react, forward, edit and delete from one place
- WhatsApp communities and Telegram topics shown under their parent chat
- Categorise chats as customer, supplier, dealer, team or logistics, and tag them
- Give each teammate “can reply” or “read only” access per chat

One profile per customer, however many numbers
A dealer messages from his own number, his son's, and Telegram. DataLense shows them as one person with one history, so reply times and records add up correctly.
- Same phone number across sources links automatically
- Weaker matches are suggested, never merged without you
- Merge or split people by hand, with the company they work for

Records from the reports shared in chats
The daily stock sheet, the dispatch report, the photo of a signed delivery note: they arrive in groups every day and vanish up the scroll. DataLense turns them into records you can search, filter and ask about.
- Reads Excel, CSV, PDF tables, Word documents and photos of documents, up to 30 MB
- Approve a report type once; code reads every later copy, so AI never writes a value
- Orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, stock lots, job cards, inspections and more
- Every record keeps its history and a link to the chat, message and cell it came from
- Match the names used in reports to the customers and suppliers in your ERP

Ask questions, get answers with sources
“Which customers complained about delivery delays this month?” “Which orders are still waiting to be delivered?” Ask the way you would ask your manager, and click through to check.
- Answers come only from your workspace, never from the open internet
- Every fact links to the record, file or message behind it
- Uses only chats you have set to Full analysis
- We say it plainly in the product: answers can be wrong, so check the sources
Which customers complained about delivery delays this month?
Four customers raised delays. Al Noor Sanitary waited 9 days on order SO-22311, and Costa Pipes asked twice about the São Paulo truck2.

Automations
Send new messages or record changes to your CRM, Zapier, n8n or your own service the moment they happen. Filter by chat, person or condition. Each request is signed, and a delivery log keeps the last 100 for 30 days.
AI assistants over MCP
Connect Claude, Cursor, VS Code or any assistant that supports MCP. Access is read-only, limited to one workspace, and uses a personal token you can revoke. DataLense runs no model of its own for these questions.
Business profile and glossary
Tell DataLense what you sell and to whom, or let it read your public website to suggest the details. Add the abbreviations your team uses, like “DN pending for WR-14”, so answers understand your shorthand.
Members, roles and access
Owner, admin, member and viewer roles. Give someone everything, or only the sources, tags and chats you choose. Invite links work once and expire in 7 days, and every access change is logged.
Start with one number
Most teams link a single WhatsApp number first, watch reply times for a week, then switch on Full analysis for the groups that carry orders and reports.
Sign in with Google or your email. AI stays off until you turn it on.
